What information is required for VIP transfer reservation?

-Information about your pickup and drop-off locations. -Mobile phone number (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram; at least one of these should be active) -Full names of all passengers -For airport-to-hotel transfer: Date – flight number – flight arrival time at the airport. -For hotel-to-airport transfer: Date – flight number – flight departure time from the airport. -If booking via WhatsApp: You can send a screenshot of the flight ticket showing the flight number

Do I need to inform you if my flight is delayed, canceled, or the flight number changes for airport-to-hotel transfer?

-If your flight is delayed, you do not need to notify us. We continuously monitor flights through our tracking system and can see early or late arrivals. In such cases, your vehicle will be waiting for you on time. -For flight cancellations, we sometimes cannot see them in the system. You must inform us. In case of cancellations, the airline will usually rebook you on another flight, and the flight number will change. -If your flight number changes, you must absolutely notify us. Flight number changes at other airports are not visible in our system. Passengers who do not report changes will not be met at the airport, and their reservation will be canceled.

When should I make a reservation for the VIP transfer?

For airport transfers, you can make a reservation up to one day in advance. The same applies for inter-regional transfers (preferably one day in advance). However, if you have an urgent need (up to 1-2 hours before), please contact us via WhatsApp and ask if there is a nearby, available, and suitable vehicle.

How is the airport meeting for VIP transfer arranged?

For airports other than Istanbul and Sabiha Gökçen, we provide meet-and-greet service with a name sign. The name to be written on the sign is specified on the ticket sent to you. For Istanbul and Sabiha Gökçen Airports, an informational message about the meeting point will be sent to you via the contact details you provided.

I've bought my plane ticket, but the flight number is not visible yet. Can I make a VIP transfer reservation?

Certainly, you can make a reservation. The other information is sufficient for booking. However, you must send the flight number information at least one day in advance. When you send the information, your reservation will be updated.
