Passenger Transportation and Service Agreement
Parties
This Passenger Transportation and Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between VIP Transfer Turkey (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the service recipient (hereinafter referred to as "the Passenger"). This Agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the transportation service provided by the Company.
Service Description
The Company agrees to transport the Passenger from the designated pick-up point to the destination point using its luxury vehicles. The Company aims to provide safe, comfortable, and timely transportation services.
Term of the Agreement
This Agreement is valid until the completion of the service unless terminated earlier by either party, unless otherwise stated. The Company will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the service is performed at the scheduled time.
Rights and Obligations of the Parties
Company's Obligations:
- The Company agrees to transport the Passenger from the designated pick-up point to the destination point in a timely and safe manner.
- It is committed to providing high comfort and personalized service during the journey.
- All vehicles are regularly maintained for safety and reliability.
- The Company ensures careful handling of the Passenger's luggage but is not responsible for loss or damage except in cases of negligence.
Passenger's Obligations:
- The Passenger is required to comply with all rules and safety instructions provided by the Company during the journey.
- The Passenger is obliged to pay the service fee in full and on time.
- The Passenger must ensure the safety of their personal belongings. The Company does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.
Service Fee and Payment
The Passenger agrees to pay the service fee determined by the Company. The fee is determined based on distance, vehicle type, and the nature of the service provided.
The service fee can be paid in cash, by credit card, or by other accepted methods.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If cancellation is not made within this period, the Company reserves the right not to refund the service fee.
The Passenger must inform the Company of any changes in travel plans in advance. If no notification is made, the full fee may be charged.
Confidentiality
The Company agrees to keep all personal information provided by the Passenger confidential. This information will only be used for the purpose of providing transportation services and will not be shared with third parties without the Passenger's consent.
Insurance and Responsibilities
The Passenger is responsible for obtaining insurance to cover accidents, damages, or losses that may occur during the journey. The Company is not responsible for accidents, damages, or losses that may occur.
The Company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen reasons.
The Passenger agrees that the Company is exempt from all liability for possible damages that may occur during or after the service, unless there is deliberate negligence or gross fault.
Force Majeure
Neither party can be held responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to reasons beyond its reasonable control. These situations include natural disasters, strikes, wars, or government intervention.
Termination of the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Passenger violates any of the items specified herein.
The Passenger may terminate the Agreement by notifying the Company in writing if they are not satisfied with the service. However, they are responsible for paying for the services provided up to the time of termination.
Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The parties agree to first attempt to find an amicable solution in case of any dispute. If these efforts are unsuccessful, Antalya courts will be authorized.
Validity
This Agreement comes into effect when an online or written reservation is made and is binding on both parties.
