CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION, AND REFUND CONDITIONS
Scope of the Agreement
This agreement ("Agreement") is between (official name On Time Turizm Travel) Turkey Private Travel ("the Company") and the ("Passenger") who uses our online reservation system to use the company's services, and the passenger accepts the conditions specified in this agreement with the reservation.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The Passenger has the right to withdraw from the contract up to 24 hours before the service is provided. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is mandatory to notify the Company's official e-mail address or by phone within this period. In the event of exercising this right, the Company will refund the service fee to the Passenger within the following 7 days.

The Passenger has the right to change, postpone the start and end location and service time of the service up to 24 hours before the service is provided. In order to use the right to change, it is necessary to notify using one of the company's official communication channels within this period, and to collect the Fee difference arising from the change by contacting the support unit and making the collection in the determined way. The postponement can be made up to 30 calendar days later.

The Company is not responsible for situations or delays caused by changes in flight schedules due to the pre-booked transportation service by the Passenger. In this context, if the flight is canceled within 24 hours for any reason, and the passenger has paid the transfer fee to the Company, the Company will refund at least half of the total fee.

The service invoice is issued in case the service is realized. The invoice is delivered to the passenger in the way the passenger requests from the options offered to the passenger.

In full or partial refunds that may occur depending on the cancellation or disruption of the invoiced services due to the passenger, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded. If the disruption or cancellation is due to the Company, the full payment will be refunded to the Passenger's account.

In addition, in services that are produced in accordance with the Passenger's special requests and demands, or that are made personal by making changes or additions on them, cancellation cannot be made in sales with campaigns and other promotional features that can be made, the Passenger cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. However, it can use the right to postpone in accordance with the change rules to be used within 30 calendar days.

In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and
Trade and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the Company are authorized. -
In the event of the order being completed, the Passenger will be deemed to have accepted all the conditions of this contract.
