Membership Terms and Conditions

These Membership Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the membership rights and obligations between VIP Transfer Turkey ("Company") and its members ("Member"). By becoming a member of the Company, you agree to comply with the terms specified below.

Membership Eligibility

To become a member, individuals must be at least 18 years old and agree to provide accurate and current information during the membership registration process.

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application.

Membership Benefits

VIP Transfer Turkey members are entitled to special offers, discounts, and priority booking services.

The Company reserves the right to change or terminate specific membership benefits without prior notice.

Membership Obligations

Members are responsible for keeping their account information, including contact and payment details, up to date.

Members must comply with all Company policies and follow the guidelines specified when using transportation services.

Members must not share their membership information with unauthorized individuals. Misuse of membership privileges may result in termination of membership.

Membership Fees

Membership fees, where applicable, are non-refundable and must be paid in accordance with the Company's fee structure.

The Company reserves the right to adjust membership fees. Fee changes will be notified to members in advance.

Membership Cancellation and Termination

Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting the Company. Cancellations take effect immediately, and no refunds are provided for unused membership periods.

The Company reserves the right to terminate membership due to violation of the Agreement or other Company policies. Those whose membership is terminated are not entitled to a refund.

Liability and Responsibility

The Company is not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries incurred by members during the use of transportation services. Members must ensure their personal safety and obtain the necessary insurance coverage for unforeseen events. The Company cannot be held liable for accidents, damages, or losses that occur during the provision of services.

Privacy and Data Protection

The Company collects and processes personal data provided by members in accordance with applicable privacy laws. For more information about data processing, please review the Privacy Policy.

Members may contact the Company's data protection officer to request access, update, or deletion of their personal data.

Agreement Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be notified to members, and continued use of membership privileges will signify acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law

This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Antalya.
