Scope of the Agreement
This Privacy and Security Agreement ("Agreement") governs the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data by (official name On Time Turizm Travel) Turkey Private Travel ("the Company"). By using the Company's services, the customer ("Passenger") agrees to the terms specified in this Agreement.
Data Collection
The Company collects personal data provided by the Passenger, including name, contact information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and payment information. This data is collected solely for the purpose of providing transportation services.
Data collection is carried out in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
Data Use and Processing
The Company uses the collected personal data solely for service-related purposes, such as making reservations, confirmations, and providing transportation services.
The Passenger's data will not be shared with third parties unless legally required or necessary for the performance of the service (e.g., sharing with drivers).
Security Measures
The Company takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure.
Although the Company takes all necessary precautions, absolute security cannot be guaranteed, especially in the event of external cyberattacks or unforeseen events.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of the Company's performance of transportation services and legal obligations. When the data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Passenger Rights
The Passenger has the right to access, update, or request deletion of their personal data, excluding legal obligations.
The Passenger may request a copy of their personal data held by the Company by contacting the designated Data Protection Officer.
Insurance and Responsibilities
The Company is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or losses that occur during the transportation service. It is the passenger's responsibility to provide personal insurance for such situations. The Company does not provide insurance coverage for the passenger and disclaims all liability in the event of accidents or damages.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, the Company reserves the right not to refund the payment.
The Passenger must provide notification of any changes or cancellations; otherwise, the Company will not be liable for providing the service or making a refund.
Agreement Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be notified to the passenger, and continued use of the service will indicate acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Antalya.
